目前28个教学我已经做完了27个了。。耶！

Half Axel

We’ll start by watching two Half Axels, one from each direction.
我们从观看两个Half Axel 开始，每个方向一个。

Next we slow down and explore the component parts of the Half Axel.
接下来，慢速度地浏览Half Axel的每个组成部分。

For this example we’ll be flying horizontally left to right.
在这个例子里，我们从由左至右的水平飞行开始。

The first input for the Half Axel is either a small, fast pull on the lower wing or a small push on the upper. Here you see this input. It helps to slow the kite’s forward momentum and prepares it for the next input.

The second input is a firmer pull on the upper wing, in this case with the left hand. These first two inputs are very close together in a “bang-bang” fashion. The kite is heading towards a “nose-away” position.
第二个输入动作是一个更加坚定果断的对上翼的拉，在这个例子中是用左手。这开头的两个动作是连接得非常紧密的，就像“梆梆”这样。而风筝将走到“外趴”的位置（机腹向下，机头向外）。

Nose away! Here you’re halfway through the trick.
外趴！ 到这里你就到了此技巧的半程了。

The next input coming up is pull on what was the lower wing with the right hand( in this position it’s the wing to the left). This brings the nose around so that it points to the left, opposite to the original direction of flight.
紧接着的下一个输入动作是拉刚刚的下翼（以现在的姿态看是左侧机翼）这个例子用右手。这将带领机头旋转到达机头指向左边的位置，与原先飞行方向相反的位置。

Here we’ve completed the Half Axel and the kite is ready to take up flight again, this time in the opposite direction. Bring your hands back to neutral and pull equally in order to fly horizontally to the left.
到这里我们已经完成了Half Axel并且风筝也准备好再次以相反方向飞行了。将您的手拉回中点，拉的时候左右均衡以确保风筝水平地向左飞行。

Now the same Half Axel at normal speed.
现在正常播放速度再看一次同一个Half Axel片段。

Here is an example of the Half Axel from the side view. Notice the intensity of the inputs.
这里是一个侧视角的Half Axel的例子。注意观察各个输入动作的力度。

Now we’ll watch the pilot’s inputs. For this example we are again flying from left to right. Notice the hands are at neutral.
现在我们来看放飞者的动作。在这个例子中我们再次从由左向右飞开始。注意手是怎样放在“中点”的。

Watch for the first input with the right hand coming up. This is the pop to the lower wing to slow the kite’s forward drive and to set the kite up for the larger input on the upper wing.
看右手的第一个输入动作来了。这是一个施加在下翼的弹拉，作用是减缓风筝向前的力量并为更大的施加在上翼的下一个输入动作准备好风筝的姿态。

The input to the lower wing has been given with the right hand and notice the pilot is ready for the larger input on the upper wing with the left hand.
施加在下翼的输入动作已经由右手完成了，注意放飞者已经准备好了用左手给出施加在上翼的更大的输入动作。

Also note that the pilot will be moving forward through this process. The kite requires a bit of slack in order to complete this trick. The higher the wind, the more the slack required.
同时也要注意放飞者在这个过程中将会向前移动。要完成这个技巧在这时风筝会需要一点送线。风力越大，所需要的送线就越多。

Now the input has been given with the right hand on the upper wing and the kite is headed toward the “Nose away” position.
现在右手在上翼给出了输入动作，风筝转向了“外趴”姿态。

Step forward and extend your hands in the neutral position as the kite goes the “nose away”.
在风筝转到“外趴”姿态的过程中，向前走并由中点向前伸出双手。

Here the pilot gives a small input with the right hand to help what was the lower wing come around to complete the Half Axel.
这里放飞者用右手给出了一个小的输入动作以帮助下翼转回并完成Half Axel.

Hands extended and back to neutral as the Half Axel is completed.
当Half Axel完成后伸出的手向后回到中点。

The pilot has pulled his hands back and taken a step backwards in order to generate forward drive as the kite exits the trick flying in the opposite direction of entry.
放飞者双手后拉并退后一步以给出风筝反向飞行所需要的驱动力。

Now two Half Axels in real time so you can see the speed at which the inputs are given.

请问驱风：AXEL与HALF  AXEL有何区别？

最大的区别是Axel风筝转360度，机头向上开始机头向上结束。Half Axel顾名思义就是Axel的一半，它转180度，平飞开始动作，完成后风筝正好掉头还是平飞。

谢谢驱风！关于AXEL与HALF AXEL，因为曾看过别的文字介绍，很含糊，故有此一问。现在可以这样理解？：先风筝（向左或右）平飞，再让风筝头向上，然后转身360，再继续平飞，完成。或者：风筝由下向上飞，转身360，继续上飞，完成。
