To perform an Insane, first get the nose of the kite pointing horizontally or farther. In this case, to the right.
要做Insane，首先将风筝机头指向水平方向或略微过头。 在这个例子中是向右。

Our first input will be on the upper wing and will be similar to the first input for the Cascade. The difference being you will maintain tension on that line in order to "catch" the upper wing as it comes around.

Before we proceed, let's take a closer look at this input and subsequent "catch" of the wingtip.

It was hard to see but in this example, the pilot gave a small input on the lower wing right before the stronger input on the upper. It is not necessary but at times makes the wingtip "catch" more consistent, particularly in lower winds.

In higher winds it is OK to let the nose go past horizontal before the input on the top wing. It is even possible to initiate an Insane with the nose pointing at the ground.

The line has caught the wingtip here and is ready for the Insane rotations.

Ok, back to our example.

Again, watch the kite as the input is given on the upper wing.

Upper wing "caught". watch as the kite tumbles. You will have to maintain tension on what was the upper wing and slack with the opposite hand. It may also be necessary to walk or run backwards depending on wind strength.

You have to pull out of the trick or hit the ground. Let's pull out.

An alternate method of catching the wingtip in lower winds is to simply lay the kite into a turtle, tension one line, and walk or run backwards as the kite rotates downward.

Its also the best way to initiate a rolled-up Insane.
这同时也是启动Rolled-up Insane的最好办法。

The initial input in this instance will be with the left hand and we’ll provide slack with the rightl

Here, the kite is thrown onto it’s back putting it into position for the next input.

From this point, the Kombo is essentially a Lazy Susan rotation to a Two-Point landing.
在这点，Kombo本质是一个Lazy Susan平转到双脚着陆。

The rotation is started with the same hand as with the initial input.

Give sufficient slack with the non-input hand to insure a clean rotation.

The Lazy Susan rotation is nearing completion and we are ready for the Two-Point landing to finish the trick.
Lazy  Susan平转接近结束了，我们准备好双脚着陆来结束技巧。

Pull with both lines to plant the wingtips. Play with the timing of this move by watching the nose. It’s one key in finishing the trick properly.

There are several ways to enter a Fade. Here we’ll enter the trick flying vertically toward the ground.
做Fade有几种方法。这里我们从垂直向下飞开始。

The first input is a flare so that the nose point away from the pilot. Hands are at neutral and at your side or further backward. Throw your hands forward so the kite does this…

The flare is achieved and you’re ready for the next input.
外趴形成了，你要准备好下一个动作。

To achieve the Fade, all you have to do is pull backwards equally with both hands.
要形成Fade，所有必须要做的只是平衡地拉回双手。

Here the pilot has pulled with both hands equally and the kite’s momentum will take it to the Fade position. The pilot must now prepare to “catch”the leading edges with the lines so the Fade will be stable. A very small amount of slack is needed just before the catch.
这里飞行手相等的拉回双手，同时风筝的趋势会带它进入Fade（飘）的姿态。飞行手要立刻准备放飞线“抓住”边杆，这样Fade就稳定了。就在“抓”前的一刹那，可能需要一个很少量的送线。

The Fade is achieved.
Fade做好了。

The smoother the wind, the more stable the Fade.In bumpy winds, you will need to tend the Fade by making slight tension adjustments with the flying lines. For example, if the left wing drops, add tension with the right hand. If the nose drops, give a small amout of slack equally with both lines. Play with to learn what your kite likes.
风越平稳，Fade也更稳定。 在颠簸不稳的风中，你需要通过调节一些放飞线的张力来维持Fade。例如，如果左翼下降，就增加右手的张力。如果机头下降，双线均衡地微微送线。一边玩一边学习适合你风筝的动作。

A Fade launch is performed in the very same manner without the initial flare.

To exit the Fade you can pull with both lines and continue with downward flight or perform a half Backspin and fly away. Here the latter is performed.

Here is the other exit mentioned earlier.

Another entry to the Fade is from the Half Axel.

Once the kite is nose away, pull evenly on both lines.

Next we’ll briefly review the Axel to Fade.

We’ll fly up and perform an Axel initiated with the right hand.

Halfway through the Axel, to the nose away position, the pilot pulls with both hands to swing the nose downward and toward the Fade position. Follow the previous instructions as the kite nears the Fade.

Now for a side view of the inputs for the flare to Fade.

Hands are even and at the pilot’s side. Watch as the pilot begins to move forward and at the same time extends his arms well behind his body to prepare for the flare. Remember the kite is oriented nose down.
手平衡地在放飞者身边。 看放飞者开始向前移动同时手臂向身体后面尽量延伸准备外趴。记住风筝转到机头向下。

The higher the wind, the faster you must move. At this point, the pilot is ready to flare the kite(belly down, nose away position).

The flare is achieved and the pilot’s forward momentum is halted.
外趴形成了飞行手止住了前进的势头。

To get to the Fade position, the pilot pulls backward with both hands evenly. Here the kite is moving through the nose down position.
为了达到Fade的位置，飞行手双手均衡地向后拉回。这里风筝已经转过了机头向下的位置了。

The hands move forward as the kite begins to near the Fade position.
当风筝开始接近Fade的位置时，双手向前伸出。

Now the lines have caught the leading edges and all you have to do is tend the Fade.
现在放飞线已经触到了边杆，所有你要做的就是维持Fade。

这两个视频我刚才看了下，的确是说的一回事，我之所以把它分成了头下位和头正位，是因为我曾经看到过他的视频里边有一个是风筝正立的时候做的，那个动作类似crazycopter，只不过是crazycopter做过头，挂了一圈yoyo，然后在解开。我记得当时那个动作叫Revised yofade，我以为我发的就是那个“头正立位置”的，可我刚才找那个视频就是找不到，难道是我失意了？还是幻觉了？有没有朋友看过我说的这个动作视频？
在没有找到我说的那个视频之前，还是不分上下位了，省的误导别人！已改正！
