翻滚动作视频教程翻译

驭风

手头有几个Randy Green Way的教学视频，也翻译了吧。给筝友练习提供一点参考。开始之前重申一下，我还将沿用TP标准翻译所使用的规范：

1：三维坐标体系
风筝和放飞者形成起飞状态后。天空是“上”，地面是“下”，左手方向是“左”，右手方向是“右”，风筝方向是“外”，人的方向是“内”。

2：关于旋转
风筝已基本平行于水平面的方式旋转的称“平转”，平转的方向以由上向下看，顺时钟和逆时钟方向区分为“顺平转”和“逆平转”。
风筝以平行于下横杆的轴以垂直于水平面的转动称“翻转”，风筝头先指向内再翻到外的称为“外翻”，先指向外再指向内的称“内翻”。
风筝其它形式的旋转称“旋转”。

3：关于风筝在空中的5种姿态的翻译。
1.flying position 翻译成“飞行姿态”，就是风筝普通飞行时所呈现的姿态。飞行的方向以时钟的刻度表示，这个时钟是背向外，面向内的。比如3点钟飞行。意思是风筝处于飞行姿态，并沿3点钟时针箭头方向飞行。
飞行方向的简称，12点飞行称“向上飞”，6点飞行称“向下飞” ，9点飞行“左飞”，3点飞行“右飞”。
2.Fade 翻译成“飘”，就是风筝完成Fade动作时的姿态，机腹向上，机头向内，线在风筝的上面。在Jacob's Ladder动作中有一个机腹向上，机头向内，但线在风筝下面的过程。如果遇到这种情况我会特别注明，“飘”特指线在风筝的上面。后面的情况同理。         
3.Turtle 或 Backflip 翻译成“躺”，机腹向上，机头向外，线在风筝的上面。
机腹向下筝友们称“趴”，但趴有两个方向，我想不出更好的名字，就翻译成“内趴”和“外趴”吧。
4.Flare 翻译成“外趴” 机腹向下，机头向外，线在风筝的下面。
5.Frontflip 翻译成“内趴” 机腹向下，机头向内，线在风筝的下面。在地上的“内趴”就是死机状态了。

4:其它约定
1.剑尾: 风筝双翼尾端的顶端，俗称“脚”。
2.送线: 与拉线相反的动作，手向前送，但线仍旧受力。
3.松线: 送线，直至线不受力。（最佳状态是送线到线刚刚不受力时，停止送线）。
4.线：左右两根放飞线，左线：左手控制的线。右线：右手控制的线。
5.上下翼：风筝在任何姿态下，只要两侧剑尾有高低，较高的一侧称上翼，较低的一侧称下翼。
6.顿拉：突然地以爆发力拉线，拉完后手基本保持在原来的地方或没有主动的回手送线动作。
7.弹拉：突然地以爆发力拉线，拉完后立刻主动地回手送线。
8.拉线：普通拉线的动作。

First we'll watch a few Taz Machines.

Now we'll break down the Taz Machine.
现在我们来分段演示Taz Machine

The trick starts just as you would a Slot Machine. A small pop to the bottom wing or a small push on the upper followed by a firm pull on the upper wing to position the kite as you see it here.
本招的开始动作和Slot Machine是一样的。拉一点下翼或送一点上翼，紧接着果断有力地拉上翼，使风筝形成画面上这样的姿态。

With the Taz Machine,as compared to the Slot Machine, you want to delay the next input so the kite continues to a nose-high orientation.
Taz Machine与Slot Machine比较，不同之处是你会稍稍延迟下一个动作，这样风筝就会持续这种机头抬起的转动，转过多一点的角度。

Some kites may be reluctant to go to this nose-high position which can make this trick more difficult. Experimentation with various inputs may be required on your favorite kite.
一些风筝不太容易进入这种机头抬起的姿态，而这将使得本招变得很困难。实验各种不同的输入动作以便找到您心爱的风筝所要求的那个动作。

Next,we provide input with the right hand which will cause the kite to begin the flat spin rotation.
下一步，我们拉右手以使得风筝开始平转。

Here we're halfway through the spin. You will need to give slack to insure the wingtips clear the lines.Depending on the wind, you may have to walk or run forward to achieve proper slack.
到这里平转完成了一半，这时你需要松线以确保剑尾让开风筝线。根据不同的风力，你可能还需要向前走或者向前跑以达到适当松线的目的。

We've allowed the kite to spin past 360 degrees and is now ready to exit the trick in the opposite direction of entry.
我们已经让风筝平转超过360度了，现在可以准备在与启动动作前相反的方向上结束动作了。

You simply take up the slack given for the flat spin rotation and fly off.
你只需要简单地收回刚才为了平转而松出去的线，然后飞走就可以了。

And now the same clip in real time.
现在我们用正常播放速度再看一遍同一个片段。

Now, let's break it down.
现在分段讲解。

Here, I performed a quick,small "pop" with the low wing. The intensity will need to increase with the wind speed.
在这里我对下翼做了一个快速的，小幅的弹拉。力度要随着风速的增加而增加。

Slack slightly with the upper wing to prepare for the next input.
微微地松上翼线以准备下一个动作。

With a stronger pull on the upper wing,the kite begins it's rotation heading toward the "nose away" position.
大力拉动上翼，风筝开始走向外趴姿态的转动。

Give a bit of slack for the low wing to go around.The left hand in this instance.
为了动作执行，也要给下翼松一点线。在这个例子中是松左线。

"Nose away",more or less.
大致的外趴姿态。

Ok,the kite has completed it's half axel rotation and is ready to fly off in the opposite direction.
好了，风筝完成了Half Axel旋转，并准备反方向飞走了。

Take up any slack with both lines and fly off.
收回松出去的线并飞走。

The Half Axel from a different perspective.
换一个视角看看Half Axel。

This illustrates the initial "pop" of the lower wing.the Wind dictates how hard this input is and how fast the next input occurs.
这说明了初始作用在下翼上的弹拉的效果。风力决定了动作的力度和下一个动作的时机。

Ok class, what did we call this position? No looking back!
好同学们，我们怎么称呼这个姿态？不许回放啊！

The rotation is complete so again,take up slack with both lines and fly off...

Why you may ask? To do more Half Axels! That's why!

Ok,we are ready to break down the Jacob's Ladder. First, get the kite to a fade.
好，我们已经准备好分段讲解Jacob's Ladder了，首先，让风筝形成飘。

Here we get to an uneven fade which is optimum for the next input.
这里我们做了一个不平衡的飘，但它对下一个动作有好处。

Next up is the half Backspin.Watch my right arm initiate the rotation. Give a bit of slack with the opposite hand to allow for the rotation.
接下来是半个Backspin。看我右臂的动作驱动了旋转。另一个手要微微松线使旋转得以继续。

The half Backspin is complete. Notice that my hands are back to even and ready for next input.
半个Backspin完成了。注意我的手回到了平衡的位置准备下一个动作。

Sweep backwards evenly with both hands then give slack to get the kite to the turtle or backflip position.
双手均衡的扫回，并再松线，使风筝形成躺。

The turtle or backflip is achieved.Next up,the half-Lazy Susan rotation.
躺实现了，接下来是半个Lazy Susan平转。

The half-Lazy Susan is complete. The kite is ready for the pull to Fade.Notice my hands are back to even for the pull.
半个Lazy Susan完成了。风筝准备好被拉并形成飘。注意我的手回到了平衡的位置准备好拉的动作。

The first rung of the Jacob's Ladder is complete.Notice the kite is positioned for the next half-Backspin as you link the rungs one after another.
第一回合的Jacob's Ladder 完成了。风筝回到飘的姿态，准备又一次的半个Backspin，这样你就可以将一个又一个回合连接起来。

Let's watch another.
让我们再看一个回合。

For the purposes of this tutorial,I'm not worried about the right hand/left hand sequence.
出于教学的目的，我并不太在意右手/左手的顺序。

Now we will watch the same clip in real time.

First let's watch the Cascade being performed.
先让我们看一些Cascade。

The Cascade is a series of Half Axels linked together one after the other.
Cascade就是一系列的Half Axel连接起来，一个接一个。

Now we'll watch a side view of the inputs for the Cascade. You pop with one hand then make a smaller pop with the other.
现在我们从侧面看看Cascade的手部动作。你弹拉了一个手，然后又以小一点的幅度弹拉了另一个手。

OK,time to break it down.
好，分段讲解。

Here,we begin with the first Half Axel. You pop the top wing.In this case,the left hand gives the initial input.

The kite is half way through the first Half Axel.Next is the smaller pop to bring the wingtip around.
风筝进入到了第一个Half Axel的半程，接着的稍小的弹拉将剑尾带回。
Watch the flyer's right hand give the smaller pop.
看放飞者的右手给出了这个稍小的弹拉。

The first half of the Cascade is complete.Next we pop the top wing again,this time giving that input with the right hand.

We've just given the small pop and now we follow it with the larger input with the same hand.
我们刚刚用这个手给出了一次小幅的弹拉，现在紧跟着，我们又用同一个手做了一个稍大的弹拉。

The kite is again "nose away" after we have popped the upper wing. The smaller of the two inputs will sweep the right wing upward.

Let's continue to watch several more steps of the Cascade in slow motion.Watch the flyer's hands as the kite flows through the trick.

Watch as the flyer steps towards the kite during the trick.In all but the lightest winds, this will be required to insure that the kite loses elevation during the Cascade.

Today we learn an alternative method of achieving a roll up.

Launch the kite...

Fly up the window and push forward equally with both hands.
飞到风窗上部双手同时均衡地前送。

You may have to step forward to compensate for wind speed.
你可能需要用向前走来抵消风的速度。

Pop both lines backward to allow the nose to point toward you.
弹拉双线，让机头指向你。
You will achieve some slack in the lines.
你需要松一点线。

Pop with both hands then give some slack for the pitch rotation.
弹拉双线并松线，使风筝翻转。

There you have it.Be sure you have at least one wrap in the lines to help catch the stoppers.
成了。事先让线缠绕至少一周对线抓住阻挡器有帮助。

Now at full speed with a little optional rolled up multilazy action thrown in...
